What to Have Ready When You Call
A few details help the technician arrive with the right parts:
What the furnace is doing, such as no heat, short cycling, noise or an error code
Fuel type: gas, oil or electric (not sure is fine)
Where the unit sits: basement, closet or attic
For oil heat, the tank gauge reading
The furnace’s rough age, if you know it, since that decides whether we also price a replacement

What Happens After You Call
We confirm the visit within 24 hours. You’ll get a text reminder the day before and the day of, with a photo of the technician who’s coming. On site, they diagnose the fault and give you a written price. Nothing gets repaired until you say yes.
If you smell gas, leave the house and call PECO or 911 from outside. If a CO alarm sounds, get everyone out and call 911 from outside, then call us once everyone is safe.
